Potential theory on how this dog came to be

So today I was looking at pictures of the loaf pug just like any other day, seeing what websites I'd find her on. However, one caught my eye. I screenshotted it so I could post it here:

Do you see that? The loaf pug may be in-bread. That would explain a lot.
